In some cases, it is possible that the built-in Network Interface Card (Ethernet or Wireless network adapter) of a machine, isn’t supported by the Blancco Drive Eraser software.
The most common reason for this is that the Blancco Drive Eraser Kernel doesn't contain the required driver* to correctly support the NIC or the driver which is being used is a generic driver and does not adequately support the NIC. As a result, the NIC is either not detected or detected but not working.
In the case of an unsupported Network Adapter, we recommend the use of a USB-to-NIC adapter (Ethernet or Wireless) as a workaround.
Following USB Ethernet Adapters has been tested with Blancco Drive Eraser.マシンの組み込みネットワークインターフェースカード (イーサネットまたはワイヤレスネットワークアダプター) をBlancco Drive Eraserがサポートしていない場合があります。
最も一般的な理由は、Blancco Drive EraserのカーネルがNICを正しくサポートするために必要なドライバー*を含んでいないか、使用されているドライバーが汎用ドライバーであり、NICを適切にサポートしていないことです。その結果、NICが検出されない、あるいは検出されても動作していません。
未サポートのネットワークアダプターの場合、回避策としてUSB-NICアダプター (イーサネットまたはワイヤレス) の使用をお勧めします。
