通常、 Intelligent Business Routing のワークフローを使用する場合は、消去が実行されるか、レポートが生成されるま で、レポート固有のデータは利用できません。例：データフィールドが <REPORTPATH> オプションを使用しているデータ。Normally when using a workflow for Intelligent Business Routing there is no report specific data available until an erasure has been performed or the report has been generated otherwise. i.e any data where the data field uses <REPORTPATH> option.

この問題に対処するには、このデータを必要とするステップを実行する前に、「送信レポート」アイテムを追加します。To workaround this issue you can add a send report item before a step is taken that would require this data. これにより、限られた数のレポートフィールドを後でワークフローで使用できるようになります。This will make a limited number of report fields available for use later in the workflow.

なお、この対処方法を実行するには、アセットレポートライセンスが必要であり、その処理プロセスで消費されることにご注意ください。Please note performing the workaround requires an Asset Report license to be available, and will be consumed in the process.

1. アセットレポートデータを使用するワークフローを新規に作成するか、既存のワークフローを開きます。
