Issue with Blancco Mobile Diagnostic & Erasure Launch app automatically on iOS - Auto-trust feature

We’ve identified an intermittent issue with the “Auto-trust” functionality in Apple Diagnostics, caused by a server-side problem at Apple.

Until this is resolved, we recommend the following workaround:

  • Deselect the setting: Launch app automatically on iOS (requires iOS version 14 or higher).

After this, users will need to manually trust and restart the diagnostics app.
