Überprüfen der Festplattenlaufwerke

  1. Connect a drive to they system that is known to be functional. 
    • Wait until the drive is stable. In majority of the cases the LED follows the logic shown below:
      • SAS drive – RED LED is on/steady (not blinking)
      • SATA drive – RED LED is off
      • FC drive - RED LED is on/steady (not blinking)
      • SCSI drive – RED LED is off
  2. Confirm that the drive is listed.
  3. Remove and insert another drive or another bay.
  4. Repeat on other bays.
  5. If something is still not detected properly, it is possible that a controller card (HBA) is likely not seated.
  6. If there are still problems, take a picture/screenshot of the situation, and contact Blancco Technical Support.




  1. Verbinden Sie ein Laufwerk mit dem System, von dem bekannt ist, dass es funktionsfähig ist.
    • Warten Sie, bis das Laufwerk stabil läuft. In den meisten Fällen folgt die LED der folgenden Logik:
      • SAS-Laufwerk - ROTE LED leuchtet / leuchtet nicht (blinkt nicht)
      • SATA-Laufwerk - ROTE LED ist aus
      • FC-Laufwerk - ROTE LED leuchtet / leuchtet nicht (blinkt nicht)
      • SCSI-Laufwerk - ROTE LED ist aus
  2. Bestätigen Sie, dass das Laufwerk aufgelistet wird.
  3. Entfernen Sie ein Laufwerk oder und setzen Sie es in einen anderen Schacht ein.
  4. Wiederholen Sie dies für weitere Schächte.
  5. Wenn ein Laufwerk immer noch nicht richtig erkannt wird, ist es möglich, dass eine Controller-Karte (HBA) wahrscheinlich nicht korrekt sitzt.
  6. Wenn es immer noch Probleme gibt, machen Sie ein Bild / Screenshot der Situation und kontaktieren Sie den Technischen Support von Blancco.
