BLANCCO AGENTIC PLATFORM — BETA PROGRAMME TERMS

BLANCCO AGENTIC PLATFORM — BETA PROGRAMME TERMS

These Beta Testing Terms (“Terms”) govern Licensee’s participation in the Blancco Agentic Platform alpha testing programme (“Beta Programme”), running from 01st Sep 2026 to 30th Sep 2026 (“Testing Period”). They supplement the Blancco End User License Agreement at blancco.com/eula (“EULA”), under which the Blancco Agentic Platform alpha release, comprising the AI Assistant, Blancco Connections and related components (“Beta Platform”), is made available as for use within Licensee’s existing production environment, whether or not any fee is payable. In the event of conflict, these Terms prevail in respect of the Beta Platform.

1. Acceptance. By accessing or using the Beta Platform, Licensee accepts these Terms and represents that the individual so accessing is duly authorized to bind Licensee. Continued access or use following receipt constitutes acceptance.

2. Production Use and Output Limitations. The Beta Features are made available for use within Licensee’s existing production environment and may be used for Licensee’s ordinary commercial and customer-facing purposes during the Beta Period, subject to these Terms. No output, including any report, certificate recommendation or statement generated by the AI Assistant, Blancco Connections or Blancco Skills, as to licensing or entitlement, constitutes evidence of data sanitisation, may be relied upon without Licensee’s independent verification for any audit, compliance or certification purpose, or shall vary these Terms, the EULA or any order. Licensee remains solely responsible for reviewing and validating any such output before relying or acting upon it.

3. Beta Data, Retention and Deletion.

The Beta Features will process Licensee’s live production data and Customer Content in the ordinary course of Licensee’s use of the Blancco Management Portal. Blancco shall not use Licensee’s production data or Customer Content to train any AI model without Licensee’s prior written consent. Upon expiry or termination of the Beta Period, Blancco shall delete Beta-Feature-specific data, including AI Assistant conversation logs and Blancco Skills configurations, save for backups, system logs and aggregated or anonymized data, which Blancco may retain. For the avoidance of doubt, this clause does not require deletion of Licensee’s underlying production data or Customer Content, which is unaffected by these Terms.

4. Third-Party AI Clients. Where Licensee connects any third-party AI client, application or agent to the Beta Platform, including via the Blancco Connections interface, Licensee is solely responsible for the selection, configuration, authorization scope and security of that client, and for any actions taken or workflows executed by Blancco Skills on Licensee’s instruction. Blancco is not responsible for any processing undertaken by such client or for any data transmitted to it.

5. Feedback, Intellectual Property and Confidentiality. Licensee grants Blancco a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free right to use all feedback and survey responses relating to the Beta Programme, without restriction or attribution. . All Intellectual Property Rights in the Beta Platform and its output vest in and remain with Blancco. The existence, features, performance, roadmap and output of the Beta Platform constitute Blancco’s confidential information; Licensee shall not disclose the same or publish any review, benchmark or public statement without Blancco’s prior written consent.

6. No Warranty and Limitation of Liability. NOTWITHSTANDING ANY PROVISION OF THE EULA, THE BETA PLATFORM IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTY OR CONDITION OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY THAT OUTPUT SHALL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE OR FIT FOR ANY PURPOSE. No warranty, maintenance, update, support obligation or service level applies. Blancco may modify, suspend or discontinue the Beta Platform or terminate access at any time without notice or liability, and is not obliged to release any beta or generally available version. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Blancco shall have no liability in connection with the Beta Platform or the Beta Programme, including for any loss of data, profit, revenue or business or any reliance upon output.

7. Changes and Availability. Blancco may modify, suspend or withdraw any Beta Feature at any time, with notice where practicable. Beta Features may change before general availability or may not be released generally.

8. General. Clauses 2, 4, 5 and 6 survive expiry or termination of the Beta Period. Except as varied above, the EULA, including as to governing law and jurisdiction, continues to apply in full. Blancco reserves the right to terminate, cancel, suspend and or retire the Beta Programme at any time by first written notice in its sole discretion.
