New Product Beta - Testing Terms

BLANCCO ASSET RECOVERY PLATFORM — BETA TESTING TERMS

These Beta Testing Terms ("Terms") govern Licensee's participation in the Blancco Asset Recovery platform beta testing programme ("Beta Programme"), running from 01st Oct 2026 to 30th October 2026 ("Testing Period"). They supplement the Blancco End User License Agreement at blancco.com/eula ("EULA"), under which the Blancco Asset Recovery platform beta release, comprising the Fleet Management, Risk Remediation and Erasure Probability features together with the ITSM/UEM Integration, Grading and Standardized Disposition features (collectively, the "Beta Platform"), is made available for internal testing and evaluation, whether or not any fee is payable. In the event of conflict, these Terms prevail in respect of the Beta Platform.

1. Acceptance. By accessing or using the Beta Platform, Licensee accepts these Terms and represents that the individual so accessing is duly authorised to bind Licensee. Continued access or use following receipt constitutes acceptance.

2. Testing Purpose and Output Limitations. The Beta Platform is made available solely for Licensee's internal testing and evaluation of the Fleet Management, Risk Remediation, Erasure Probability, ITSM/UEM Integration, Grading and Standardized Disposition features during the Testing Period, and not for any commercial or customer-facing disposition, resale or contractual decision. Licensee may use real or representative asset and device data for this purpose. No output of the Beta Platform, including any manifest, risk profile, asset history, erasability result, grading recommendation, disposition routing result, or ITSM/UEM synchronisation record, constitutes a guarantee of accuracy, a final or verified grading or disposition determination, may be relied upon for any audit, compliance or certification purpose without Licensee's independent verification, or shall vary these Terms, the EULA or any order. Licensee remains solely responsible for reviewing and validating any such output before relying or acting upon it, and for any actual disposition, resale, erasure, grading or disposition-routing decision made in reliance on it. For the avoidance of doubt, the Erasure Probability feature provides an estimate of erasability and estimated erasure time only; it does not perform, initiate or constitute erasure of any asset, and is not a substitute for verified erasure through Licensee's standard production erasure process, and the Grading feature provides a recommended grade only, does not constitute a final or verified grading determination and is not a substitute for Licensee's own grading review process, and the Standardized Disposition feature routes assets according to Licensee-configured rules only and does not verify the accuracy of any resulting disposition decision.

3. Data, Retention and Deletion. The Beta Platform will process manifest, asset and device data, grading configuration and rule sets, and data synchronised with Licensee's connected ITSM/UEM systems, that Licensee submits, imports, generates or configures through use of the Fleet Management, Risk Remediation, Erasure Probability, ITSM/UEM Integration, Grading and Standardized Disposition features ("Beta Data") in the ordinary course of testing. Blancco shall not use Beta Data for any purpose other than providing and improving the Beta Platform, without Licensee's prior written consent. Upon expiry or termination of the Testing Period, Blancco shall delete Beta Data held within the Beta Platform, save for backups, system logs and aggregated or anonymised data, which Blancco may retain. Blancco's deletion obligation does not extend to any Beta Data or output already synchronised, at Licensee's direction, to Licensee's connected ITSM/UEM systems, which remains within Licensee's sole control. Licensee shall delete or destroy any output of the Beta Platform retained outside the Beta Platform.

4. Licensee Data, Manifest, Configuration and Mapping Accuracy. Licensee is solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness and lawful sourcing of any manifest, asset or device data submitted to the Beta Platform, and for the accuracy of any grading rule set and ITSM/UEM mapping or configuration it applies, and for confirming that such data and configuration have been correctly imported, mapped, configured and organised before relying on any output generated from it.

5. Feedback, Intellectual Property and Confidentiality. Licensee grants Blancco a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free right to use all feedback and survey responses relating to the Beta Programme, without restriction or attribution. All Intellectual Property Rights in the Beta Platform and its output vest in and remain with Blancco. The existence, features, performance, roadmap and output of the Beta Platform constitute Blancco's confidential information; Licensee shall not disclose the same or publish any review, benchmark or public statement without Blancco's prior written consent.

6. No Warranty and Limitation of Liability. NOTWITHSTANDING ANY PROVISION OF THE EULA, THE BETA PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTY OR CONDITION OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY THAT OUTPUT SHALL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, FIT FOR ANY PURPOSE OR CONSTITUTE A FINAL OR VERIFIED GRADING OR DISPOSITION DETERMINATION. No warranty, maintenance, update, support obligation or service level applies. Blancco may modify, suspend or discontinue the Beta Platform or terminate access at any time without notice or liability, and is not obliged to release any beta or generally available version. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Blancco shall have no liability in connection with the Beta Platform or the Beta Programme, including for any loss of data, profit, revenue or business or any reliance upon output.

7. Changes and Availability. Blancco may modify, suspend or withdraw any Beta Platform feature at any time, with notice where practicable. Beta Platform features may change before general availability, or may not be released generally.

8. General. Clauses 2 to 7 survive expiry or termination of the Testing Period. Except as varied above, the EULA, including as to governing law and jurisdiction, continues to apply in full. Blancco reserves the right to terminate, cancel, suspend and/or retire the Beta Programme at any time by written notice in its sole discretion.
