Blancco Mobile Diagnostics and Erasure 5.7.1 - Release Notes

Fixes:

• PHEN-13581 - Add 'ibt=off' kernel param to grub config automatically during update.

  • Issues with the NVIDIA drivers have been fixed.

• PHEN-13562 - Subscription Check for Rakuten devices result in "Device not found"

• PHEN-13524 - After updating to 5.7, nothing is printed on labels.

  • Default printer layout adjustment and printer layout size localization issues are fixed.

• PHEN-13281 - ASUS NUC PRO 14 - Black screen

  • ASUS NUC 14 Pro boot to black screen is fixed.

• PHEN-13596 - Series 9 and Series 6 watches do not get to connected state using iPhones (OS 18.5)

Comments and Known Issues:

Pairing issue with iWatch and iOS18.5 is fixed. However it’s recommended to keep companion iPhone in iOS18.4.1 version for time being to get Serial and IMEI info for the iWatch. If companion phone is updated with iOS18.5 Serial and IMEI info aren’t available. Also due that if iWatch is re-paired for re-erasure or asset report a new Asset id gets generated for the iWatch and a new license gets consumed.
