Controller Card (HBA) Check Procedure

  1. Reinstalling ("reseating") the HBAs:

    • Safely power down the unit, remove the power cord form the PSU.

    • Remove the chassis top cover.

    • Reinstall/reseat the HBA.

  2. Reconnect the power cord and repeat the procedure for all the HBAs to make sure all HBAs are detected.
