No power to to the E800 bays (Green LED is not lit)

  • The backplane of the drive bays is designed with a Molex power connector, and it is possible that it could get loose during shipping.

    • Ensure that the drives are properly seated to the backplane connector,

  • The 3Amp Fast Acting fuse (if equipped) may have been blown.

    • Make sure that the 3Amp fuse(s) are not blown (if equipped).

    • Replace the blown fuse(s) (if equipped) - refer to E800 safety features.
