How to add a company logo to the BMP and include it in the report template

Description

This page will provide step by step instructions on how to upload a company logo so it is shown within the reports that you have stored within the BMP. You will be able to export reports from the BMP that include your uploaded logo.

Please note that this process requires the user to have either the “Pro-Scale”, “Mobile Pro-Scale” or “Enterprise” bundle on their BMP tenant, if you have a different bundle, please contact your Blancco Account Manager in regards to upgrading.

Step by step instructions

Login to the BMP with a manager account
At the top right of the BMP website once logged in, click on your profile name
Once the settings window has opened, navigate to the "shared settings" tab
Upload your image either by dragging and dropping the file into the box or using the upload button to select the file, Please note the image file must be PNG, 200 KB and 180px (width) by 50px (height).
Do not press the save button!
Press the close window (X) in the top right
Once done, please navigate to the "Reporting" tab button and the click on "Reports"
Once there please click on the "Add template" button in the top right
Once the "Add template" window opens, the "Company Logo" option should be automatically selected and your uploaded logo should show in the "preview" report window on the left side of the report (For this example I have used the Blancco logo)
Name and configure the template as required! Once finished, press the "add" button in the bottom right of the window.
With this done, reports using this template will use the logo you have uploaded and will be able to be exported using this logo as well
