How to gather SAML Tracer logs

Description

Sometimes when working with the Technical Support team on Single-Sign On (SSO) issues. The Technician will request SAML Tracer logs. One that has been used is the SAML Tracer Chrome extension. 

Step by step instructions

Navigate to SAML-tracer - Chrome Web Store

Click on "Add to Chrome"

Click on the "Puzzle" icon in the top right of Chrome and start the application by clicking on "SAML-tracer" application. 

To export the logs click on "export in the top middle of the Tracer window.

Locate the file in the downloads folder of your computer and send them to your Blancco Support Technician.
