Erasure, Diagnostic and FroyoHelper App are not installed on Xiaomi devices

Problem
When running an erasure or diagnostic process on Xiaomi devices the error "Helper app cannot be installed. Please install the app manually on the device" is shown.
Cause
Every Xiaomi device with MiUi 9.0 and above has an additional security check. Wherein, to install an app via USB, the device needs MI account (Xiaomi account) login via an MI app preinstalled on their device. This cannot be skipped by Blancco.
Resolution
The only option is to manually install the needed apps via the file browser on the device directly.
If you want to reduce the amount of installations (erasure, diagnostic, etc.) we recommend to turn on the "Bundle Android apps" option the settings.
Blancco Mobile Diagnostic & Erasure will attempt the app installation, if that fails it pushes the app APK into the internal storage and opens up the file browser where the APK resides. The user installs and starts the app manually. After that, the app receives communication from the host system and from there the process is the same as usual.
