What do I need to get started with diagnostics?

  • Blancco 5 Mobile version 1.3 or newer is needed.

  • A separate license is required for using the diagnostics feature.

    • If you only have erasure licenses, you will see all the diagnostics options in Blancco Mobile Diagnostics and Erasure, but you will not be able to run diagnostics.

  • Blancco Management Console supports diagnostics from version 3.3.5 onwards. Cloud.blancco.com supports diagnostics.
