Why does an Apple device keep unplugging itself every 15 minutes, even though it’s not physically touched?

As of Blancco 5 Mobile version 1.1; if an Apple device is locked with a passcode, the software can reboot it in recovery-mode. The device will only stay in recovery mode for 15 minutes and after it it's rebooted to normal mode. If the device is still locked with a passcode, Blancco 5 Mobile will reboot it (again) in recovery-mode and after 15 minutes, it will be rebooted to normal mode, etc..
